Hi, I’m Cynthia-

I’m a Chek Certified Holistic Lifestyle and Exercise Coach who Specializes in Health and Performance for Women.

I design fitness programs that centralize both the female hormonal cycle and the complexities of motherhood while supporting my clients to create the sculpted, strong, and attractive bodies they desire without destroying their health, increasing their risk of injury, or disrupting their hormones in the process.

The hours they purchase are then utilized to assess, coach, train, educate, and provide accountability. Motherhood Metamorphosis is an investment that requires a minimum purchase of 10 hours at $1,885. A client might also decide to purchase 20 hours upfront to benefit from a savings of 20%.

  • It’s a plan that we’ll map out just for you based on several factors: your body, your posture, your muscles and their relationships with one another, injuries you may have sustained, the time you have available to dedicate to this area of your life, your fitness background, your overall stress, your hormones, your goals, and how long it's been since you gave birth.

  • I’m not going to tell you what exactly to eat and when, I’m instead going to provide you with individualized nutritional guidance, habit implication breakdown, eating sample days, and important guidelines that will help you learn how to make lasting changes.

    I want you to learn how to connect, feed and nourish your body with real food and step into a lifestyle that centralizes your understanding of how to care for yourself with real food.

  • Great question! I typically like to set my clients up on custom exercise and lifestyle program that lasts 12 weeks. Working with me will set you up for learning and knowing how to map out your ideal exercise rhythm + flow for life.

  • It’s normal to have questions! Whenever something comes up in between calls you’ll be able to reach out to me on Voxer (an app I use with my clients) for quick questions and answers. I’m super committed to making sure you have what you need to keep walking your path and program out and will be ready to help you when you feel stuck.

  • Yes, while I’m not a pelvic floor specialist, the program I write for you will have a positive impact on your pelvic floor health. The pelvic floor is connected deeply to your core and diaphragm, and engaging these muscles correctly is important. I will be able to guide you through a reparative core and pelvic floor exercise series.

  • The FREE 30 min Discovery Call is a quick call where I’ll ask you a series of questions about your current challenges as they relate to your fitness and health goals.
